I bought this product to satisfy my needs for cardio workout. The product was shipped and delivered to my apartment in less than a week time frame. I was worried a bit after reading reviews here on Amazon website for possible shipping damages. when I received the product, the box was slightly damaged, but the product itself was in good condition. The assembly was, overall, not too difficult. If you have some basic tools, the assembly is much easier and faster. The only problem I had was with the base assembly. I could not get the bolts tightened in with the spring washers - especially for the real base! In my opinion, those bolts were just too short to include two washers. I ended up not including the spring washer for the real base. I hope no harm will come from not including the spring washer in the future.
