This is a fabulous product! My advice is to take everying out of the box carefully and layout all the parts. One bolt was listed in the instructions incorrectly. The bolts included were correct-just wrong reference in assembly instuctions. I just used process of elimination to figure out which ones to use. Amazon emailed me an update to the instructions (which I was pleasently blown away from). Unfortunatly, it was about a week after I assembled the product. Completely quiet and smooth opperation. Use the feet to accurately stablize so not to stress out the base rails. I am combpletely satisfied!

I ordered this a few weeks ago. Shipment was pretty fast. The box was very heavy and took a while to open and get the parts out. Assembly took about 3 hours. It works just as expected and so far no complaints.

I purchased this piece last year. I am glad I did. The item wasnt easy to install, but that shouldnt let you not buy it. I hadnt considered it as a factor in my decision. I love using all the various options it has. I feel great after my cardio workout on this elliptical machine. It gives you a sense of feeling that you are climbing a mountain..starting out easy and then gets challenging. Fun!! I am happy with this purchase.

This is our second Schwinn machine. Both are quality pieces. Craftsmanship is excellent. The 430 did develop a motor problem. When I called the support #, I was actually able to speak with a human being which was refreshing. After several simple diagnostic tests, the motor was determined to be the problem. One was sent immediately and a service technician was scheduled for the repair. The 430 works perfectly.

Once you take this out of the box and follow the instructions step by step in the order you are supposed to follow, you should be done with the assembly part in about one and half hour. You should put some grease(not included) in any part that will perform during any motion movement (you will figure it out easily). This will kill any noise that some people talk about on this elipticals. I have used this product for over a month now, as well as my wife, with NO problems. Is a basic eliptical machine that will do exactly what you need it to do. The basic electronics and measuring equipment is easy to work with. Good product!
